Super Mario Bros. Valentines 2013

Every year I make my children valentines instead of buying them at a store. Each child (I have a boy and a girl) tells me what they want and I make them, print them out for them and then post them on the web for everyone else. This year my daughter asked for the assorted power-ups from the Mario Bros. series of games. She requested these because (and I am quoting here) it is the kind of thing that boys would like. Keep in mind that she is 6 years old. She also made me promise that there would also be princesses... and there are. Promise kept. Doctor Who Valentines 2013

Together we have been watching the show and he loves the various alien races that try in vain from episode to episode to defeat the Doctor. Princess Valentines

Having two kids means that if I do something for one of them I am obligated to do something of equal value for the other. Since the boy requested Transformer valentines it was only a matter of time before the girl asked for some Disney Princess valentines. So... here you go. Princess

Last year my son asked me for Star Wars valentines... this year it is Transformers. Another Star Wars Valentine

I've gotten a lot more traffic today thanks to some viral spreading of these Star Wars Valentines. Welcome internets. A new commenter suggested this card. I loved the idea. I don't think I'll do anymore but I am very lucky for the traffic they've created. I am not selling these (I dont want to chance getting 'Super Lucas Sued' and I made them for my son and his kindergarten class. I don't mind people printing them out and using them. I think that is an awesome idea.
