Last year after loosing 100lbs. thanks to strict calorie counting and advice from a dietitian I decided to make my own holiday during which I would not feel bad about eating a donut. Cause I love donuts but good god they make me fat.
Now, one year and 50lbs. lighter I am reenacting Donutsmas... because I still need a holiday during which I will not feel bad eating a donut.
