A friendly Donutsmas reminder

 In 2008 I decided that if I was going to live to see my kids have kids I couldn't weigh 400lbs. anymore... so I went on a strict calorie counting diet with help from a wonderful dietitian and lost around 150lbs. It has been three years and I have be fairly succesful in keeping the weight off. As of this morning I weigh 280lbs. Each year I celebrate my weight loss by setting aside one day where I can eat one of my favorite foods on Earth without feeling guilty about it. This Monday the 7th of November is that day. I ask you to join me in the celebration. Go out and eat a donut. I am sure you can think of a good reason you deserve one.

BEHOLD THE WONDROUS SOUL-FILLING JOY OF DONUTSMAS!

Eat Them... because fuck it... you've probably need a donut.

    I know just the doughnut I want too. A chocolate covered old fashion, or a cream filled chocolate covered bovarian.

    That is an awesome idea! I love the idea of Donutsmas. And great job on the weight lose, I struggle with mine (work requires me to be no chubby) so I know how hard that can be.
